Final Sale / No Refund Policy

All purchases of Hearts are final except where required by applicable law. Because Hearts and digital card packs are delivered digitally and may be used immediately, we do not offer refunds for:

• Used Hearts
• Opened packs
• Revealed cards
• Randomized outcomes
• Buyer’s remorse
• Accidental pack openings
• Dislike of cards received
• Failure to receive a specific card

We may review support requests for:

• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions
• Clear technical failures attributable to the Service
• Legal requirements

Any exception is handled at our discretion unless required by law.

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
